David and Nicole's Recipes

• 1 cup tequila
• 1 ½ cups pineapple juice, unsweetened
• 1 ½ cups lemon-lime soda
• ¼ cup minced mint leaves
• Crushed ice

Combine the tequila, juice, soda, and mint in a pitcher.  Pour over crushed ice.  Serve.

• 1 qt apple juice
• 1 tsp allspice
• 8 whole cloves
• 1 stick cinnamon
• a few grains of salt
• 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1. Pour the juice into a large saucepan.
2. Stir in the spices, salt and sugar.
3. Cover and heat very slowly to the boiling point for about half an hour.
4. Remove the heat, strain and serve.

• 2 cups pineapple juice
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 8 ice cubes
• rum

1. Combine the juice, milk, cream and ice in a blender and blitz until smooth.
2. Stir in rum to taste.
3. Serve over more ice.

• 2 cups pineapple juice
• 1 cup plain yogurt
• 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
• a pinch of ground cardamom
• a pinch of salt
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 8 ice cubes

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Puree until smooth.
3. Serve.

• 1/2 cup plain yogurt
• 1 ripe banana
• a pinch of ground ginger
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 3 tbsp honey
• 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
• 5 ice cubes
• 1/2 cup milk

1. Combine the yogurt, banana, ginger, lime, honey, and cardamom together in a blender.
2. Puree until smooth.
3. Add the ice cubes and the milk and blend again until smooth.
4. Check to see if you need more honey.
5. Serve over more icecubes.

• 4 ripe nectarines, peeled, chopped
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 6 ice cubes

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
2. Serve over more ice.

• 1 (750 ml) bottle chardonnay, chilled
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 2 cups chilled club soda, or more to taste
• juice of 1 lime
• 3 kiwis, peeled, sliced
• 1 mango, peeled, sliced
• 2 cups strawberries, sliced
• ice cubes

1. In a large punchbowl, combine the wine and the sugar.  Stir until the sugar dissolves.
2. Chill for at least half an hour.
3. Stir in the fruit and chill for another half an hour.
4. Just before serving pour in the club soda.
5. Serve.
