Lime Collins

1 heaping tsp turbinado sugar
the juice of one lime
1 tbsp simple syrup
1 oz. gin
club soda
ice

Pour the sugar in the bottom of one highball glass. Add the lime juice and the simple syrup.
Pour in the gin. Fill glass with ice.
Top up with club soda.
Stir gently.
Serve.

Blueberry Splash

2 cups frozen blueberries
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup cranberry juice

Combine all the ingredients in the blender. Pulse until smoothe. Serve.

Strawberry Drink

10 oz. frozen strawberries, in syrup, partially thawed
3 cups chilled grapefruit juice
1/2 cup vodka

Combine the strawberries, and 1 cup of the juice in the blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour into a pitcher and stir in the remaining juice and the vodka.

Serve.

Peachy Cooler

1 cup chilled peach nectar
1/2 cup milk
6 0z. peach yogurt

Combine the nectar, milk, and yogurt in a blender with some ice. Blend well.

Serve.

Canteloop

2 oz. vodka
2 oz. midori
2 oz. peach schnapps
club soda

Pour 1 oz. of each of the liquors over ice into 2 glasses. Top up with club soda.

Grapefruit Cocktail

7 tablespoons water
5 tablespoons pomegranate juice
1/4 cup sugar
4 teaspoons honey
1 1/2 cups vodka
3/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
18 fresh mint leaves plus 6 sprigs for garnish
Ice cubes

Bring first 4 ingredients to boil in small saucepan, stirring to dissolve sugar. Cool. Do ahead Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.
Combine pomegranate mixture, vodka, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and mint leaves in large pitcher. Fill pitcher with ice. Stir vigorously. Strain drink into Martini glasses. Garnish each glass with mint sprig and serve. Makes 6 cocktails.

Arctic Kiss

2 oz. vodka
Champagne

Pour an ounce of vodka in each of 2 glasses. Top up with champagne. Serve.

French 75

2 oz. gin 1 oz. lemon juice 2 tsp superfine sugar champagne ice Combine the gin, lemon juice, sugar, and some ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into 2 champagne flutes. Top up the glasses with champagne.

Tropical Margarita

1/2 cup lime juice
5 tbsp sugar
1 banana, peeled
1 mango, pitted, and peeled
3 oz tequila
1 oz triple sec
crushed ice

Combine the lime juice and the sugar, stirring until it dissolves.
Puree the banana, and the mango in a blender. Add the tequila and triple sec, and the lime juice. Blend 30 more seconds.
Pour into 4 glasses, over crushed ice.

La Dolce Vita

6 peeled grapes
1 oz. vodka
1 tsp honey
ice
champagne

Combine the grapes, vodka, honey, and some ice in a martini shaker. Mix well.
Strain, dividing between two glasses.
Top up with the champagne.
