Teriyaki brined Porkchops

  • 2 porkchops
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  1. Combine the soy sauce, chicken stock, mirin, sugar, and garlic.
  2. Mix well and pour over the porkchops.
  3. Chill overnight.
  4. Drain the porkchops and pat dry.
  5. Grill until cooked.
