Marsala Pilaf
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup rice
- 1/3 cup marsala
- 2 cups chicken stock
- Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the rice and stir for 4 minutes.
- Pour in the marsala and stir until evaporated.
- Add the chicken stock. Stir. Bring to a boil.
- Cover and then reduce the heat to very low. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let sit 5 minutes.
A very nice side dish
