I think your recipes is good for a lot of people. "Korean omelet" is "kye-ran -mari" in Korean. "kye-ran"= egg "mari"= rolled. and almost korean don't use black soybean sauce and peanut oil with "korean omelet". cuz of making vivid yellow mari. you can make this only egg, salt,and any cooking oil. tasty goooooood!
