Strawberry Muffins
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup strawberry low fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- strawberry jam
- Preheat the ovent o 425. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and spray their insides with a cooking spray.
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt.
- Add the egg, vanilla, butter, yogurt, and milk and stir until just combined.
- Spoon half the mixture into the prepared tray.
- Add a teaspoon of jam to each muffin. Top up with the rest of the batter.
- Bake about 18 to 20 minutes.
