Quick Orange Blossom Ice Cream

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp orange blossom water
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
  2. Pour into your ice cream maker and process 20-25 minutes, or according to instructions.
  3. Chill 2 hours in the freezer.  Serve.

    I am always so tempted to overdo the orange blossom. Resist! Subtle is better here
