Peanut Butter Cream Pie
- 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
- 5 tbsp butter
- 2 1/2 cups rice crispies
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cups creamy peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Melt the chocolate chips with the butter in the microwave. Stir in the rice crispies.
- Press into a greased 9" pie plate. Chill.
- Whip the cream. Chill.
- Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in the condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla.
- Fold the chilled cream into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the crust and chill for at least 3 hours.
- Serve.
