Dark Chocolate Chili Cookies
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup softened butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp ancho chili powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 oz. dark chocolate chopped
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the pecans, flour, baking powder, and brown sugar. Stir in the chili powder.
- Mix in the butter, eggs, vanilla and chocolate.
- Scoop onto the baking sheet. Bake about 13 to 16 minutes.
