Banana Pecan Muffins
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 bananas,mashed
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- Preheat the oven to 375 F.
- Grease a cup lined muffin tin.
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir well.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
