Apple Crunch
- 3 granny smith apples, cored, and sliced very thin
- brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- vanilla ice cream
- Preheat the oven to 375 F.
- Combine the apples, 2 tbsp brown sugar, and the cinnamon in a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Mix well.
- Combine the oats, flour, 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, and the butter and mix well.
- Sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream.
