Watermelon Daiquiri

  • 100 ml white rum
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 heaped tbsp of icing sugar
  • 10 2" cubes of frozen watermelon
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.  Puree until smooth.
  2. Serves 2.
