Sour Cream Salsa

2 cups sour cream

1 shallot, minced

2 jalapenos, minced

2 tbsp lime juice

¼ cup minced cilantro

Sea salt and cracked pepper.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
